What to do if I am unhappy/uncomfortable/unsafe with my bike?
If you have rented a bike from us and do not like it/do not want to drive it - you can always upgrade for a better model for extra charge or change for car. If you do not feel safe and just want to finish rent - you can return the bike and receive money of what is left from your bike rent within our return policy.
